On November 26, American Express is asking millions of people to Shop Small^sm at their favorite local stores and help fuel the economy. Small businesses are the lifeblood of our communities. When we all shop small, it will be huge.

American Express wants to help you make a difference. Get a one-time $25 statement credit when you register an eligible American Express® Card and use that Card for a purchase of $25 or more at a small business on November 26th. Registration is limited.

To be eligible for the Small Business Saturday $25 statement credit, you must (1) register any valid U.S. American Express^® Consumer Card or Business Card by clicking on the link at www.facebook.com/shopsmall and follow the directions provided, and (2) use that Card to make a purchase of $25 or more at a small business on November 26, 2011. Registration starts November 1, 2011 and is limited. Limit one statement credit per registered Card, regardless of the number of transactions you make using that Card. Additionally, if you received a $25 statement credit in connection with Small Business Saturday through American Express’ offer on Facebook or Foursquare, you will not be eligible to receive the statement credit through this offer.

Eligible small business merchants are independently owned small businesses located in the United States that accept the American Express Card. Purchases made at large or national chain stores, at franchised business locations and at government agencies are not eligible. Prepaid, Corporate Cards and ExpressPay transactions are not eligible.

After speaking with your insurance company, they will ask you a few questions about the damage, mention any interior damage that the roof may have caused as well. At this time they will assign you a Claim number. Be sure to write down this claim number, it will come in very handy throughout your roof replacement. Within 3-5 days and insurance adjuster will contact you to set up an appointment so he can take a look at your roof.

As soon as you have your claim number and appointment set, it is crucial you let us know this information. Your roofing professional will meet with the insurance adjuster and look over the roof with him.  We like to meet with the insurance adjuster for a couple reasons. Many times an adjuster will look at the roof and not see any damage. LSDG Roofing will be there to point out any spots that the adjuster may have missed.  Another reason we like to meet with the adjuster is to be able to communicate with him over any differences that we may see. It is much easier to go over these differences while we are at the house and have easy access to the roof. This will clear up any confusion that may occur in the long run.

The adjuster will either approve or deny the claim. If the roof is denied or he has given you a low settlement, this is where we can help get your roof either approved or more work done. If the roof is approved for a roof installation, then we move forward in the process and work will be able to begin very soon.
