“Very Impressed… Bill Mitchell came out to my home, when I called in for a leak that needed some attention. I told him I was having a leak in the garage and literally in 15 seconds he told me that the builder did not install a cap flashing over my step flashing against a sidewall and when I told him my home was out of warranty he told me all i needed to do was get some silicone and caulk it in.
