Not all roofs need to be replaced. Don’t wait til the last minute to fix a repair, no matter how minor it may seem. The longer you wait to repair your roof, the larger the problem will get with time. Not only will you end up spending more money in the end, you are putting everyone in your home in danger due to a roof that isn’t stable, or resistant to high winds and rain. If you fix your roof sooner rather than later, you have a less chance of mold, cracks, leaking, and even your roof collapsing.
Make sure you choose a professional contractor for your job. You may be able to find someone on the side to fix your roof for cheap, but the quality of the work won’t match what we can do for you and you will not be offered a warranty. REPLACEMENT
Don’t let getting your roof replaced intimidate you. LSDG Roofing will walk you through all of the steps and make it a simple process. Most roof replacements in the DFW area are because of storm damage. Storm damage can be from hail, wind, tornadoes or any other natural disaster out of our control. Missing shingles, cracked shingles, and leaks are some of the most common reasons that homeowners start worrying about their roof. Here are our simple steps to help you through getting a new roof:
- Contact us. A certified roof inspector will come out and evaluate your roof for completely free. They will look over the whole roof for any damage, missing shingles or potential problems.
- If damage was found, give your insurance company a call. If you are unsure of their number, our roofing inspector will provide it for you. Your insurance company will assign you a claim number and insurance adjuster. They will either call you back within 24-48 hours or tell you on the spot when your adjuster will be out to look at your roof. Be sure to give all of this information to your roof inspector so we can make sure we are there the same time your adjuster is there.
- Our roofing inspector will meet with your insurance adjuster to ensure all damage on the roof will be repaired or replaced. We are working on your side.
- Once the adjuster comes out and buys the roof, we begin the construction process. In most cases, we are able to start the work the same week.
If this is NOT an insurance job, we will come out and evaluate your roof. We will discuss with the homeowner any problem areas that we have found.
