I told him I was having a leak in the garage and literally in 15 seconds he told me that the builder did not install a cap flashing over my step flashing against a sidewall and when I told him my home was out of warranty he told me all i needed to do was get some silicone and caulk it in. These guys were awesome. My insurance company denied my claim. LSDG convinced the insurance company that the roof did need repairing along with the fence and all. What makes these guys professional is that they listened to my concerns and bent over backwards to make sure I am happy. You cannot beat that. I worked with Shawn and Manny. Both guys were great to work with. Manny is the onsite contractor and he is a gentleman and very polite.
